(Don’t pronounce it “job” – it rhymes with “robe”!)

Psalms, Proverbs, Ecclesiastes,
Song of Solomon: books of poetry.
Isaiah, Jeremiah, and his Lamentations:
writings of the prophets to the Hebrew nations.

Thirty-nine and counting, as we name each title:

The word of the Lord to the ancient folk.

Zechariah and Malachi!
